A friend of mine from Dallas just emailed me the obituary about a friend we grew up with named Jack Morgan passing away. He was 51 years old and living in Portland, Oregon. He was one of the most talented lead guitar players I've known. Back in mid-70's he ventured to California and took Randy California's place as Lead Guitar for the bank Spirit. Some of you may remember them. Although we lost touch, I understand he continued his music career along the coast. The photo in his obit. had him with one of his lead guitars. I don't know if any of you guys ever came across him in California or Portland but thought I would let everyone know. Thanks Mike |
